The much-anticipated webpage for Arkham is expected to go live in approximately four hours. As per the announcement, the token sale for Arkham will follow the Launchpad subscription format, commencing on July 11, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC).

To ensure a fair and transparent token sale process, Binance will record user BNB (Binance Coin) balances for a duration of six days, starting from July 11, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC) until July 17, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC). The final BNB holding amount for each user will be determined by calculating the average of their balances over the six-day period, using the Daily Average BNB Balance calculation.

Arkham Token Sale Details

The token associated with Arkham is named Arkham (ARKM), and the project’s Launchpad Hard Cap has been set at 2,500,000 USD. Each user participating in the token sale will have a Hard Cap of 15,000 USD (equivalent to 300,000 ARKM). The total token supply for Arkham is 1,000,000,000 ARKM, with 5% (50,000,000 ARKM) allocated to Binance Launchpad.

During the public sale, the token price for Arkham will be 1 ARKM = 0.05 USD. Please note that the price in BNB will be determined before the subscription period. The token sale will follow the Subscription format, allowing users to subscribe using BNB.

Subscription Timeline

The subscription process for Arkham’s token sale will occur in three distinct periods, as outlined below:

1. Preparation Period (2023-07-11 00:00 to 2023-07-17 00:00 UTC):** During this six-day period, user BNB balances will be recorded in hourly snapshots. The maximum amount of BNB that users can commit will be determined by their final average daily BNB balance over these six days.

2. Subscription Period (2023-07-17 06:00 to 2023-07-18 06:00 UTC):** The subscription will open at this time and will be accessible to all eligible users for a twenty-four-hour duration. Users must also sign the Token Purchase Agreement during this period, before committing their BNB. Once committed, the BNB will be locked, and users will not have access to functions such as transfers, withdrawals, or trading until the final token distribution.

3. Calculation Period (2023-07-18 06:00 to 2023-07-18 07:00 UTC):** Subscription closes, and the token allocation calculation process begins.

4. Final Token Distribution (2023-07-18 07:00 UTC):** The final token allocation for each user will be calculated, and the corresponding BNB will be deducted from their already-locked BNB amount. Following the deduction, both the ARKM tokens and the remaining BNB will be transferred to the user’s spot wallet.
