On November 17, it was revealed that Trump’s transition team is considering several candidates to lead the United States Department of Transportation. Among them are a former Uber executive, Emil Michael, and three current or former Republican congressmen, including Missouri House Representative Sam Graves, outgoing Louisiana Republican Rep.
Garret Graves, and former Wisconsin Rep. Representative Sean Duffy, who is now a Fox News host. Emil Michael, a Trump donor and tech entrepreneur with social ties to Elon Musk, is considered a leading contender for the position.
