Tether, a stablecoin issuer, plans to coordinate with a third-party trading platform to convert some of its USDT cold wallets from different blockchains into USDT on ETH. The total supply of USDT will remain unchanged during this process. The specific allocations are as follows: 1,000,000,000 USDT on the TRC20 chain, 600,000,000 USDT on the AVAX (C) chain, 300,000,000 USDT on the NEAR chain, 75,000,000 USDT on the CELO chain, and 75,000,000 USDT on the EOS chain.
All 60,000,000 USDT will be converted into USDT on the ETH chain.
