South Korea Seizes Crypto Assets for Tax Arrears

Paju City in South Korea plans to seize and sell cryptocurrencies of citizens with tax arrears. On November 18, the government announced that 17 people with a total of 1

24 million won in tax arrears (about US$88,600) will have their crypto assets on trading platforms confiscated and sold if debts aren’t paid off by the end of November.
