VanEck, a global asset manager, has launched an exchange-traded note (ETN) in Europe, the PYTH ETN, which tracks the Pyth token. The PYTH ETN trades on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris and is available to investors in 15 European countries. The ETN is fully collateralized with PYTH tokens held by Bank Frick in Liechtenstein.
The Pyth Network is a decentralized oracle protocol that connects smart contracts to real-world data sources. The PYTH ETN provides European investors with more options to gain exposure to blockchain assets and supports the adoption of decentralized financial infrastructure. VanEck has a strong track record on pioneering crypto investment products in Europe and the US, with a range of digital asset ETNs and spot crypto exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
