Hamster Kombat Game: Telegrams Fastest Growing Digital Service Loses Millions of Users and Token Value

Telegram’s “tap-to-earn” game, Hamster Kombat, has experienced a significant drop in monthly active users from 300 million to around 41 million. The game token HMSTR has also dropped 76% since its high of $0.009993 in September, now priced at $0.002392. The game’s poor AI graphics and boring gameplay, as well as frequent airdrop delays and strict anti-cheat system, have not retained players.

Additionally, 2.3 million users were banned and 6.8 billion HMSTR tokens confiscated. The Iranian and Russian governments have also criticized the game for its negative societal impact.
