OpenEden Terminates Relationship with Founding Partner Amid Allegations of Misconduct
OpenEden, a company co-founded by Eugene Ng and Jeremy Ng, has officially terminated its relationship with an unnamed individual, according to a statement released on Thursday. Although the statement did not disclose the name of the person involved, it is believed to be Eugene Ng, who is also a founding partner of DWF Labs and currently serves as OpenEden’s CEO.
This decision follows allegations made by X user @hananotsorry, who claimed that a DWF Labs partner drugged and raped a client. The victim was later rescued by restaurant service staff who were informed of the situation.
On October 30, DWF Labs announced on social media that a partner had been accused of inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. The company has decided to remove the partner from all management and operational roles with immediate effect while the matter is investigated.
