The cryptocurrency market has experienced a strong surge, with Bitcoin’s performance pushing through $89,000 and other altcoins, such as Ethereum (ETH) and Dogecoin (DOGE) following suit. DOGE has surpassed Ford’s market value, while ETH has surpassed Procter and Gamble. DOGE’s market cap has grown by 18.97%, reaching $51.56 billion.
Ethereum, on the other hand, has grown by 3.87%, reaching $3,321, surpassing Procter and Gamble’s market value of $391.01 billion. ETH’s market cap is now at $399.05 billion. These increases can be attributed to renewed investor interest and favorable market conditions. Additionally, Bitcoin’s market cap of $1.739 trillion makes it ready to take over Saudi Aramco, which is currently at $1.807 trillion.
The impressive bull run for cryptocurrencies was initially sparked by Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 U.S. election, as his pro-crypto campaign promises have helped restore traders’ confidence in the market.
