WisdomTree said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 6 that the registration statement was originally filed on May 27, 2021, and the company confirmed that no securities have been issued or sold pursuant to the registration statement. In addition, WisdomTree will not apply for a refund of the fees paid to the U.S. SEC for filing the registration statement, but requires that the amount be recorded for future use.
