Wang, unlike Singh, did not engage in money laundering, participate in a straw donor scheme, generate false revenue, create a fake insurance fund, try to hide Bankman-Fried’s loans, or take part in any deceptive conduct. Wang also did not receive cash bonuses or spend FTX proceeds on real estate or other luxury items.
These differences highlight that Wang is less guilty than Singh.
