Vote in Pennsylvania: Software Glitch Delays Scanning Ballots

On November 5, CNN reported that the County Commission Office of Cambria County, Pennsylvania, a “swing state”, faced a “software glitch” preventing voters from scanning their ballots. The voting hours were extended to accommodate the issue. Officials claimed that there are procedures in place to handle such situations and the glitch should not prevent voters from casting their ballots in their precincts.

Voter Luciew mentioned that they found the polling place empty due to the broken machine and waited for it to be fixed.
