On November 5, the South Korean crypto trading platform Upbit announced that deposit and withdrawal services for the NEAR network will be suspended start
ing at 18:00 (Korean time) due to an upcoming network upgrade plan. The suspension will continue until the stability of the hard fork is fully confirmed.
