The Graph Protocol launches new basic modules to improve support for Solana DeFi project development

According to BlockBeats, on September 17, the Web3 data blockchain protocol The Graph Protocol announced that new tools and resources that change the way developers interact with Solana data are officially launched. The Graph Protocol’s basic modules have greatly improved support for Solana, helping Solana developers accelerate development with fast, reliable and organized on-chain data. The new modules cover most of Solana’s DeFi projects, including DEX, NFT, AMM, and lending protocols. These modules provide key access points to Solana data, enabling developers to quickly access indexed data in key areas of the Solana ecosystem.
It is reported that the new module simplifies DevEx with a new Codegen tool and GUI, allowing subgraphs to be developed quickly and easily locally or through GitHub Codespaces, with all dependencies pre-installed. Subgraphs can be synchronized several orders of magnitude faster through the substream engine that supports graph nodes, taking only hours instead of weeks. Developers can instantly access multiple subgraphs powered by Substreams, which are built and maintained by well-known teams and deployed on a decentralized network. The new, more detailed documentation and step-by-step guides enable developers to get started quickly and avoid unnecessary pitfalls. With substreams on Solana, all data can now be easily parsed.
