According to a recent report from BlockBeats news, Tether Treasury has made significant transactions with several cryptocurrency exchanges in the past 12 hours. The report, based on data from SpotOnChain monitoring, reveals that Tether injected 1.845 billion USDT into various cryptocurrency exchanges on the Ethereum chain.
Specifically, Tether injected 1.706 billion USDT into Binance, 101.7 million USDT into Coinbase, 20 million USDT into OKX, and 17.86 million USDT into Kraken. This injection of USDT into these exchanges comes after Tether Treasury minted 2 billion USDT on the Ethereum chain and burned 1 billion USDT on Tron the night before.
Over the past year, Tether has issued a total of 37 billion USDT on Ethereum and Tron. This recent activity highlights the ongoing interest and involvement of Tether in the cryptocurrency market, as well as its efforts to maintain stability and liquidity in the ecosystem.
