During the Ukraine-Russia war, Western officials suspected Moscow of sabotaging European weapons and defense tech facilities. They have now published allegations of a Russian plot to shoot down cargo and passenger planes departing from Europe. Two incendiary devices were shipped via DHL and were part of a covert Russian operation.
Arrests have been made, but the motive remains unclear.
