BlockBeats reported on September 26 that CoinDesk cited sources as saying that a Singapore court on Thursday approved Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX to obtain a four-month suspension of repayment period under certain conditions.

The conditions imposed on WazirX include disclosing its wallet address through a court affidavit, responding to users’ questions, disclosing its ledger within six weeks, and ensuring that any future voting is conducted on an independent platform.

WazirX lost $234 million, about 45% of customer funds, in a hacker attack in July. The company had previously filed an application for a six-month suspension order with the Singapore High Court.
