· HR 9578, “Digital Global and Electronic (BRIDGE) Digital Asset Regulation and Innovation Act”;

· Require the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission to conduct research to assess whether additional guidance or rules are needed to promote the development of tokenized securities and derivatives, and for other purposes;

· “New Frontier Technology (NFT) Act”;

· Amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to exclude decentralized financial activities from the law and for other purposes.
