Powell's Dovish Stance Compared To Peers, Economists Say

According to Odaily, economists Gregory Daco and Lydia Boussour from EY-Parthenon have noted that Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell appears to be more dovish compared to his colleagues. Despite this, they believe that unless there is a significant deterioration in the labor market in the coming weeks, most policymakers are still expected to support a 25 basis point rate cut in September.
