On November 7, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse shared his thoughts about currency regulation, including some suggestions for the SEC. He recommended firing current SEC Chairman Gary Gensler and suggested appointing either Giancarlo, Brooks, or Gallagher as his replacement. These individuals would help to rebuild the SEC’s rule of law and reputation.
Additionally, Garlinghouse urged the Senate to pass the Digital Asset Market Structure Act.
