According to Foresight News, YouTube personality Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has been accused of profiting over $10 million through the promotion and subsequent sale of multiple small-cap cryptocurrency tokens. The allegations stem from an investigation conducted by crypto investigator SomaXBT, which revealed MrBeast’s involvement in several projects’ Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) and token promotions.The projects in question include SuperFarm ($SUPER), Polychain Monsters ($PMON), and SPLYT ($SHOPX), among others. Following MrBeast’s sale of these tokens, some experienced price drops exceeding 90%. The investigation highlights concerns over the impact of influencer promotions on the cryptocurrency market and the potential for significant financial gains at the expense of retail investors.
