Interpol Issues Red Notice Against Cryptocurrency Founder Accuse

The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), one of the world’s leading law enforcement agencies, has issued a “Red Notice” against Richard Schueler, also known as Richard Heart, accusing him of tax fraud and assault. This news follows a remand order issued against Schueler three months prior.

Interpol’s Red Notice is a global alert to locate and provisional arrest of individuals who are sought by member countries for legal action. In this instance, Finnish authorities have sought Schueler’s arrest based on similar allegations mentioned in Europe’s Most Wanted Fugitive List. The list details accusations of physical assault against a minor and failure to pay taxes.

Despite being embroiled in legal troubles, Schueler continues to remain active on social media platforms while facing charges related to unregistered securities offerings involving cryptocurrencies such as Hex, PulseChain (PLS), and PulseX (PSLX). He is also involved in a separate lawsuit filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In conclusion, Interpol’s Red Notice against Richard Schueler serves as another setback for the controversial figure amidst his legal battles both domestically and internationally.
