On November 10, a user named 2024.qklpj.eth who previously accidentally transferred 7,912 ezETH to a contract address, announced a reward for recovering their funds. They offered a 10% reward, which is about US$2.5 million at current prices. The user had mistakenly sent these tokens to a contract address, locking them and making it impossible to withdraw.
They then transferred some of the tokens to a multi-signature address, suggesting they may have created a smart contract to quickly get the redemption quota. The funds were eventually withdrawn, with some sent to a transfer contract that cannot be upgraded or moved.
