The Fractal version of ord, a variant of the Bitcoin mainnet ord, has been released with source code. This new implementation aims to facilitate the development of Ordinal-based applications specifically for the Fractal network.
The Fractal version of ord differs from the Bitcoin mainnet in several key areas. Ordinal activation is set at block height 21000, while Rune activation occurs at block height 84000. Additionally, the ticket name setting has been adjusted from AZ on the Bitcoin mainnet to az on Fractal. To account for the difference in total supply between Fractal and Bitcoin, the sats index has also been modified.
These changes will take effect at block height 21000, marking a significant milestone for the development of Ordinal-based applications on the Fractal network.
