Nitro Labs, the company behind the SVM-as-a-Service platform Finish, has successfully raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Lemniscap. SVM, which stands for Solana Virtual Machine, is the operating environment that powers smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
Recognizing the lack of SVM infrastructure offerings in the market, Nitro Labs developed Termina with the goal of scaling the SVM and empowering developers to create customizable, Solana-based networks optimized for performance and privacy. Currently, over 20 ecosystem partners, including both Solana-native and cross-chain projects, are building alongside Termina. This collaboration allows developers to quickly and efficiently deploy and manage purpose-built SVM networks.
