Musk Advocates for New Blocking Feature on X

On September 24, BlockBeats reported that Elon Musk, the owner of the social media platform X, stated that the site “should have long ago” revised its user-blocking rules. In a post on Monday, Musk explained that the upcoming blocking feature will allow blocked accounts to view public tweets but will prevent them from participating in discussions.

Currently, blocked users cannot see tweets from the accounts that blocked them. This change aims to foster a more open dialogue on the platform while still providing users with control over their interactions.
