dYdX to Close v3 Trading Platform, Users Urged to Withdraw USDC

According to BlockBeats news, on September 27, the decentralized derivatives trading platform dYdX announced that it will close its v3 version at 20:05 on October 28, 2024 (Beijing time). From now until the closing day, the v3 trading platform will operate normally, but users should close positions and withdraw USDC as soon as possible. After October 30, users can withdraw the entire USDC value of their account from the Ethereum smart contract, including open positions.

dYdX emphasizes that the security of user funds is not affected and can be withdrawn from smart contracts indefinitely. This shutdown only affects v3 users, dYdX Chain (v4), etc. will not be affected. At the same time, dYdX said it will focus its resources on developing the Unlimited version, which is planned to be launched this fall.
