Henry Duckworth, the co-founder and CEO of AgriDex, was inspired to create the company due to his experiences growing up in Zimbabwe and working as a commodities trader at Trafigura. Zimbabwe has faced ongoing currency devaluation issues, which have negatively impacted the country’s economy. Duckworth’s background in commodities trading and his firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by agricultural goods producers led him to develop AgriDex. The company aims to simplify and streamline cross-border payments for agricultural producers, making it easier for them to conduct business and receive payments efficiently.
