According to BlockBeats, on September 25, DOGS released an announcement on its official telegram channel that the community has voted to allocate $15 million worth of DOGS tokens for charitable donations, future project development and token destruction, accounting for 3.2% of the total token supply. The distribution plan is as follows:
Charitable donations: 6.067 billion DOGS, equivalent to US$5.217 million;
Future development: 7.022 billion DOGS, equivalent to US$6.038 million;
To be destroyed: 4.783 billion DOGS, equivalent to approximately US$4.113 million.
DOGS tokens allocated for charity and future development of the project will have a one-year vesting period to allow the project to focus on smart donations and investments in project development.
