DecideAI has integrated its biometric identity verification solution, DecideID, into the Solana blockchain to enhance security and trust within the ecosystem. This integration introduces Proof-of-Personhood (PoP) capabilities to Solana, verifies users as unique individuals, and eliminates the need for traditional Know-Your-Customer procedures.
DecideID is expected to strengthen Solana’s airdrop ecosystem by preventing Sybil attacks and botting, thanks to AI-driven facial recognition and liveness detection technologies. The integration enables Solana developers to enhance the integrity of decentralized applications, particularly for DeFi projects.
Upon release, Solana users will be able to link their wallets, participate in airdrops, and verify their personhood without extensive documentation. DecideID is also in discussions with several Solana-based DeFi and NFT platforms to adopt the PoP solution.
