“Decentralized Validation Services Network Raises $3 Million in Pre-Seed Funding”

The round was co-led by Paper Ventures, Halo Capital, and Mirana Ventures, with investors like Cogitent Ventures, Contribution Capital, J17 Capital, and Side Door Ventures also participating.

The funds will be used to develop Pell’s omnichain DVS network powered by restaking, which aims to break down barriers between siloed blockchains and foster the long-term sustainability of the entire ecosystem. The platform is already available on 20 chains, including BNB Smart Chain, Core, Babylon, Mantle, and Ethereum, and has over $300 million in Total Value Locked (TVL) and 430,000 strikers across its network.
