Crypto.com’s monthly spot trading volume reached $139 billion in October, more than doubling Coinbase’s $57 billion, according to The Block’s report on Oct. 30.
Trading activity on the platform reveals that 97% of exchange users focus on Bitcoin and Ethereum, the top two digital assets by market capitalization. Coinranking data shows the platform’s daily trading volume at $5.3 billion, with Bitcoin and Ethereum trading pairs accounting for nearly all this volume.
This surge in activity coincides with Bitcoin approaching its all-time high of $73,700 from March, peaking at around $73,600 on Oct. 29 — a month traders often refer to as “Uptober” due to its trend of historical crypto gains. In contrast, Ethereum experienced a steadier climb, recently crossing the $2,700 mark for the first time in the past month.
