Craig Wright, who claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, will not attend the next court hearing due to his high-level autism and Christmas plans. Wright was previously accused of contempt of court after removing an online notice, and now the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) is suing him. COPA wants Wright to attend the hearing in person, but Wright’s lawyers claim his autism prevents him from doing so.
The judge has set a hearing for December 18th to determine if Wright is in contempt of court.
