Bitcoin’s $96,000 Drop Could Lead to $352M Long Liquidation Intensity

According to BlockBeats news, on December 9, Coinglass data shows that if Bitcoin falls below $96,000, the total long liquidation intensity of major CEXs will reach $352 million. Conversely, if Bitcoin surpasses $100,000, the cumulative short order liquidation intensity of major CEXs will reach $140 million.

It is important to note that the liquidation chart does not display the exact number of contracts being liquidated or the precise value of the liquidated contracts. Instead, the chart illustrates the significance of each liquidation cluster compared to neighboring clusters. A higher “liquidation bar” indicates a stronger price reaction to subsequent liquidity waves.
