Australian asset management company Monochrome submits application to Cboe Australia for listing Ethereum ETF

According to BlockBeats, on September 5, Australian asset management company Monochrome announced that it has submitted an application with its entity partner Vasco Trustees Limited to list the Monochrome Ethereum ETF (code: IETH) on the Cboe Australia trading platform. IETH will passively hold Ethereum, providing retail investors with a unique, regulated opportunity to gain exposure to the second largest crypto asset by market value.

The launch of the Monochrome Ethereum ETF will expand the range of regulated crypto asset investment products available to Australian investors, following the launch of the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF (code: IBTC) in June this year. IETH will also be a dual-channel fund, allowing investors to subscribe and redeem in cash and in-kind.

Subject to listing approval, Monochrome expects IETH to be listed on the Cboe Australia trading platform by the end of September 2024 and will be available on major brokerage platforms.
