Amber Group’s Dubai subsidiary receives approval-in-principle for Dubai Virtual Asset Service Provider License

BlockBeats reported that on September 20, according to ZAWYA, Amber Premium FZE, a Dubai subsidiary established by digital asset company Amber Group and corporate services and consulting company NH Management, has obtained the in-principle approval of the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license granted by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). This preliminary approval enables Amber Premium FZE to provide a wide range of virtual asset services within the regulatory framework of the UAE, including broker-dealer activities, lending solutions, and management and investment services.
