US spot Bitcoin ETFs have accumulated more than 950,000 BTC, almost as much as the creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. Eric Balchunas, Bloomberg’s senior ETF analyst, said it was the most crucial number because it is the “most difficult metric to grow in the ETF world”, and it took gold ETFs five years to reach the same number.
Bitcoin ETFs have crossed $20 billion in total net flows for the first time after a huge week of $1.5 billion, and total assets now stand at $65 billion, another high watermark.
Bitcoin ETFs have collectively surpassed $20 billion in inflows within a week in the United States, with Thursday’s inflow increasing the total to $20.73 billion, according to Farside Investors. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) was the leader of the pack, with an inflow of $309 million, bringing the total flow figure for the product to $22.7 billion.
