Indian Charitable Foundation Crypto Relief Donates 90 Million USDC

The Indian charitable foundation Crypto Relief recently transferred 90 million USDC ($USD Coin) to the multi-signature wallet controlled by Vitalik Buterin’s team. The donation, made on June 8, aims to support research on open source public welfare projects and transnational medical initiatives.

This move comes after Vitalik Buterin’s previous contributions to Crypto Relief, wherein he donated 500 ETH and more than 50 trillion SHIB tokens, valued at around 1.1 billion US dollars at the time.

The recent transfer of funds to Buterin’s team signifies the foundation’s trust in their capabilities and their shared vision for utilizing blockchain technology for social welfare. With the multi-signature wallet serving as a secure platform for managing and utilizing the donated funds, transparency and accountability are ensured throughout the process.
