Between May 2023 and June 2024, there were 757 reports of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), according to a new declassified report released Thursday by the US Department of Defense (DoD). Over the course of a year, UFO sightings have increased tremendously, which even the Pentagon cannot ignore.
Congress has released the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) annual reportthe purpose of which would be to study and catalog reports on UAPs, previously referred to as UFOs.
According to the report, AARO recorded 757 UAP sightings between May 1, 2023 and June 1, 2024, of which “In 485 cases, UAP events occurred during the reporting period. The remaining 272 sightings involved events that occurred between 2021 and 2022 but were only reported to AARO during that reporting period and were therefore not included in previous annual UAP reports”.
With the new data, the number of UAP cases reviewed by AARO since June has exceeded 1,600.
UFO sightings are becoming more frequent
Dr. Jon Kosloski, AARO Director, in a Nov. 14 at a press conference he said the results confused even the investigators
“There are interesting cases that I did not understand even with my background in physics and engineering and during my many years spent in intelligence circles. And I don’t know anyone else who understands them”explained Kosloski.
Some cases were successfully solved and 49 cases were found to involve common objects such as balloons, birds and unmanned aerial systems. Another 243 cases, which also turned out to be ordinary objects, were already closed in June. However, 444 were deemed unexplained due to insufficient data and were archived for future investigations.
Of these, 21 cases were considered “deserving of further analysis” because they had abnormal features different from typical findings.
Despite the unexplained cases, the agency noted that it found “no evidence of extraterrestrial existence, activity, or technology.” In addition, AARO’s “rigorous scientific framework and data-driven approach” and the importance of security measures taken during the investigation of the phenomena were emphasized.
According to the report, UFO sightings often showed similar patterns — described as unidentified lights and round, spherical objects with distinct visual signatures.
Of the new cases, 81 were reported from US military areas of operations, and 3 reports by military aircrew described “pilots being followed or shadowed by UAP.”
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has reported 392 unexplained sightings since 2021. In one such case, AARO investigated the case and found that the pilot who experienced the white flashing lights had intercepted a Starlink satellite.
“AARO is investigating whether the remaining unsolved cases can be attributed to the movement of Starlink and other mega-constellations in low Earth orbit,” the report reads.
However, the US Govt secret UFO program is he hiding and thus trying to deflect suspicion?
