NVIDIA is partnering with global consulting giants to establish innovation centers in Japan, aiming to accelerate artificial intelligence (AI) adoption across industries and address demographic challenges. The collaboration includes leading firms like Accenture, Deloitte, EY Japan, FPT, Kyndryl, and Tata Consultancy Services Japan (TCS Japan).
These centers will use NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, local language models, and NVIDIA NIM microservices to advance AI development tailored to specific industry needs. Japanese companies will be able to develop digital twins and simulate complex physical AI systems using the NVIDIA Omniverse platform, which will foster innovation in sectors such as manufacturing and robotics.
The Japanese government is committed to making the country “the world’s most AI-friendly nation,” with an AI systems market reaching $5.9 billion, growing at a rate of 31.2% year-on-year, according to IDC data. The consulting giants’ initiatives include Accenture launching the Accenture NVIDIA Business Group, Deloitte’s AI Experience Center in Tokyo showcasing generative AI solutions, EY Japan focusing on digital transformation solutions using NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and FPT integrating NVIDIA NeMo with its AI Studio.
Kyndryl has launched an AI private cloud in Japan, and TCS Japan plans to offer AI solutions in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. These collaboration and innovation centers aim to help Japan tackle its demographic challenges, accelerate AI transformation, and boost the country’s economic progress.
