In the US, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw record inflows of $1.37 billion on November 7, as the cryptocurrency reached a new all-time high of over $76,000. This brought the total amount invested in these ETFs to $25.8 billion. BlackRock’s IBIT fund received $1.12 billion on this day, marking the largest inflow since the product’s introduction in January.
Fidelity’s Bitcoin ETF also saw $191 million in investments on the same day. Ethereum ETFs also saw significant inflows, with BlackRock and Fidelity leading the way. With Ethereum’s popularity and market capitalization still much smaller than Bitcoin’s, these numbers are expected to grow further. The success of these ETFs is an indication of the increasing interest in cryptocurrencies among investors.
