In the ongoing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lawsuit against Binance and former CEO Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, their legal representatives have made a new attempt to dismiss the case. The SEC had filed the lawsuit to address concerns regarding Binance’s operations and Zhao’s role as its founder.
However, lawyers for both parties are now working together to try to settle the matter out of court, rather than proceeding with the lawsuit. The outcome is still uncertain, but a resolution may be reached soon to put an end to the legal battle.
