Musks Election Giveaway Avoids Legal Challenge in Key Swing State

In a recent legal challenge related to Musk’s campaign of giving away millions of dollars to voters ahead of the U.S. presidential election, a Pennsylvania judge refused to block the campaign. The Philadelphia District Attorney had filed a legal challenge, claiming the campaign was an illegal lottery.

Musk’s lawyers argued at the hearing that the winner was not chosen at random, but based on their “fit” to be a public spokesperson for Musk’s political action committee, usually based on their personal stories. The judge issued his ruling shortly after the hearing, without any argument.
